About The MINT Program
The MINT Program is a midwifery integration project developed to provide families in the New Tecumseth area with accessible and supportive postpartum care. We aim to bridge the gap between discharge from hospital and follow-up with your primary care provider.

We are a midwife-led clinic dedicated to supporting families during the transition to life with a new baby. In partnership with Stevenson Memorial Hospital and your primary care provider, we offer additional care and resources to help ease this exciting—but sometimes challenging—time. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.

Who Can Benefit from Our Clinic?
- Families living within the SMH catchment area
- Families who have delivered their baby at Stevenson Memorial Hospital
How to Access Our Services
- Self-Referral: You can refer yourself to our clinic—no need for a referral from a doctor.
- Postpartum Care: If you do not have a family doctor, we can provide care for you and your baby for up to six weeks postpartum.
We're here to help you through this special time, ensuring you have the support you need for a smooth transition into parenthood.
